Psychedelic Integration + Sobriety Support from a Somatic Approach

Coaching, Encouragement, Guidance + Support

Our bodies hold innate wisdom within our cellular memory and our nervous system.

This inherent knowledge is greatly beneficial for us if we can cultivate the art of listening to reestablish and strengthen communication, trust, and a positive narrative between the psyche and the soma.

It’s easy for us to push this wisdom aside or ignore it completely while we try to logically decide our way through life, or as we continue to exist within autonomic nervous system responses. A somatic approach allows us to feel the stories within and listen to which stored experiences are asking to be heard.

I offer coaching, guidance, helpful practices, and support to safely use this felt-sense awareness in areas like psychedelic integration or alcoholic sobriety so we can bring the lessons of those experiences into our daily lives to create a more positive reality.

Cultivating an awareness and sense of trust for the way our bodies communicate supports the integration of transformative experiences and allows us to rewrite the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

Do you need support bringing the teachings of your transformational experience into your daily life?

  • Psychedelic Integration Support

The ceremony is over. Now what?

Integration is one of the key elements in bringing the downloads, revelations, and the “a-ha” moments of a transformational experience into your daily life.

It requires dedication and practice in creating a new reality so we don’t slip back into the comfort of old patterns.

In these sessions, we revisit the teachings of your Kambo, Plant, Spirit Medicine ceremony, or transformational experience and work somatically to bring them to life.

  • Sobriety + Sovereignty Support

It’s easy to slip off-center after a night of refills. Let’s rebalance.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having a drink or two, but it can reach a tipping point if overindulging becomes the normal and begins to negatively affect our daily tasks and our relationships.

Whether you want to simply manage your relationship with alcohol or are ready to try sobriety (long-term or short-term), we use a somatic approach paired with psychosomatic rewiring to observe the roots causes of any indulgence-turned-to-habit to re-establish a base level of balance.
